Use about 2 tablespoons of Jerk Seasoning per pound of meat. Add a couple teaspoons of oil (canola oil is recommended, but olive oil or other cooking oils maybe used) and blend. Coat the meat with the seasoning blend and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours. Pre heat your cooking surface to a medium high heat. Start the cooking process with a quick sear on both sides. Then lower the heat and finish cooking to temp.
