Chef Eric’s Red Wine Jerk Marinade is ideal for seasoning salmon, steak, and ribs. Chef Eric has captured the true ‘jerk’ flavor in his seasonings. The ‘jerk’ flavor comes through, cooked on the stove or on the grill (without the need for pimento wood). The jerk spices & red wine are perfectly balanced. Chef Eric’s Red Wine Jerk Marinade allows you to create a ‘jerk’ dish with an incredible depth of flavor.
DIRECTIONS:
Use about 2 tablespoons of Jerk marinade per pound of meat. Coat the meat with the Jerk Marinade and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours. Pre-heat your cooking surface to a medium-high heat. Start the cooking process with a quick sear on both sides. Then ower the heat and finish cooking to temp.
Chef Eric’s Red Wine Jerk Marinade can also be used like a sauce and added to cooked meat.
