Chef Eric's Jamaican Style Jerk Marinade is ideal for seasoning any type of meat, including chicken, steak, and fish. Chef Eric has captured the true 'jerk' flavor in his seasonings. The 'jerk' flavor comes through, cooked on the stove or on the grill (without the need for pimento wood). If you've been trying to duplicate that delicious 'jerk' flavor you've had before, you have to try Chef Eric's Jerk Marinade.

DIRECTIONS:
Use about 2 tablespoons of Jerk Marinade per pound of meat. Coat the meat with the marinade and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours. Pre heat your cooking surface to a medium high heat. Start the cooking process with a quick sear on both sides. Then lower the heat and finish cooking to temp.

The Jerk Marinade can also be used as a sauce on cooked meat.

INGREDIENTS:
Onion, scallions, scotch bonnet peppers, garlic, salt, thyme, soy sauce (soy beans, wheat, sugar, salt, potassium sorbate), pimento (allspice),citric acid & special spices.
