INGREDIENTS: 1 LB Chicken Wings 1/2 Tbs Chef Eric's Best BBQ Jerk Sauce (Also 3/4 Cup Chef Eric's Best BBQ Jerk Sauce) 1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice Salt to taste {A pinch of salt} DIRECTIONS: Heat pot on medium to high heat with enough oil to cover Chicken Wings. Marinade Chicken Wings with 1/2 tablespoon Chef Eric's Best BBQ Jerk Sauce and Salt. Then deep fry for 3 minutes. Next remove chicken wings from oil and placed in a baking dish, mix Pineapple juice and 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce together, pour it on chicken wings and finish it in the oven at 350*F for 20-30 minutes.
